‘Raavana’ air-borne!

Sounds almost like a parody, right? But no, the crew of ‘Raavana’, which is back to Kerala now, has taken special permission to use helicopters over the forest area for a few important scenes in the film.

The film, directed by Mani Ratnam, has Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai, Vikram, Prithviraj and Priyamani in the lead. It had earlier run into rough weather while shooting in the forest areas in Kerala.

And now, the crew has proceeded to the same place, but with prior permission to complete shoot. The crew had earlier been shooting in Chalakudy, Pollachi, Ooty and interior regions in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
